Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop spiru-tein vanilla (approx. 2 tbsp protein powder)
- 2 spoons of peanut butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
- Roast the bananas in the skin at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool, remove skin, and chop.
- Add ingredients to the blender then blend until smooth.
Results
Too much peanut butter; texture is thick and oily, other flavors overpowered. Very tasty though.
