Roasted Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop spiru-tein vanilla (approx. 2 tbsp protein powder)
  • 2 spoons of peanut butter
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Roast the bananas in the skin at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool, remove skin, and chop.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender then blend until smooth.

Results

Too much peanut butter; texture is thick and oily, other flavors overpowered. Very tasty though.
